A coarser steak rub that is hand blended from Black Pepper, Garlic, Shallots, and Guajillo Chili flakes, Sea Salt. Great on all cuts of beef even the cheaper cuts. Rub with a little vegetable or olive oil and then use 1-2 TBLS per pound, Wrap and store in the fridge for 24 hrs before grilling. Also good on veggie burgers or regular burgers. 7 oz. container
