This one of the rubs that i like to apply an hour or two before grilling. This will allow all the flavor to blend into the meat. You may also to add a little extra toward the end of grilling to layer in the flavor.
Hand blended with brown sugar, smoked paprika, sea salt, grains of paradise,  mexican oregano, onion, garlic, rosemary and mustard flour. 7 oz. container
