The flavor of the Blackberries really comes through in this intensely flavorful jam and we could resist adding in a few of the Carolina Reaper peppers to kick it up a little. The reaper pepper has a sweet and fruity flavor right before the heat kicks in, it also has a lot more flavor than you’ll find in most extreme hot peppers. Always good with cream cheese and crackers, or in a PB&J, chicken wraps or as a topping for a fresh grilled burger.
