The flavor of the Blueberries really comes through in this simple but intensely flavorful jam. The cinnamon adds a surprising twist to the blueberries.  There is something old and nostalgic about blueberry cinnamon jam, it was my sister’s favorite flavor. Perfect for a toasted English muffin, or thick sliced honey wheat bread right out of the oven.
