Blueberry Serrano jam has a great flavor with the Blueberries and then the Serrano peppers give the perfect amount of spice to produce that sweet and spicy combination. Serrano peppers are about 3-4 times hotter than Jalapeno’s but not as hot as Habanero peppers. The flavor start sweet and then you will get that little zing on your lips and tongue and then the heat fades away. Great topping for a burger or chicken sandwich or on your cheese tray.
