This is the spicer version of the three carolina bbq sauce.  Same great flavor just a medium++ heat level.  The Carolina styles of BBQ sauce are a mustard, vinergar, and brown sugar base. With the brown sugar, if you let the sauce warm up the more it heats the more it caramelizes. All of our sauces are all natural, and gluten free. Ingredients are brown sugar, mustard,vinegar, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, and crushed red peppers, jalapenos and habanero peppers.
