Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning

A flavor that was made famous in the Nashville region typically added to a flour mixture. Chicken is  dredged in a milk bath, dipped in the flour  and then baked or fried.  This starts with a blast of the heat right away but then quickly mellows with a sweetness and the hints of garlic. Hand blended with cayenne, sea salt, sugar, mustard powder, garlic, pepper, and paprika.  7 oz. container
